Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security Deposit: $250.00 - this fee is required upon booking to secure reservation and will be refunded after the cabin has been assessed for damage, missing items, or further cleaning.
Payment: The balance will be payable two weeks prior to arrival date. If booking less than two weeks prior to arrival, full payment required at time of booking. Payment can be made securely through PayPal using a credit card, debit or checking account.
Cleaning fee: $100.00
Tax: 7.00% state tax and 3.00% occupancy tax.
Cancellation: If reservation canceled within two weeks prior to arrival, one night deposit will be forfeited.
