Relax by the 2 apposing swimming pools which connect by a cascading waterfall. Walk to town to eat and shop or just sit out on your private 375 sq ft patio and read a book . We are on the ground level so you are only steps away from the pools. Our unit is in it's own building with only one other unit so it will be more private. Only 9 buildings with 33 units make this property quaint. The Marina and Famous Medano Beach are just minutes away as is the very private El Pedredgal Pacific side beach. You will have access to seeing some of the most expensive homes in the world dangling on the cliffs of the Pacific in El Pedregal. Nightlife is all around you if you are up to it. The Cabo Wabo and Squidrow are at your doorstep along with all the restaurants you can imagine. Come down the first week of Oct. and see one of the many free shows that Sammy Hagar puts on for his Birthday Bash in the Cabo Wabo or stay for The Bisbee Million Dollar Marlin Tournament. There is always something going on
Relax and enjoy a Personal Chef and or Butler for a fee. Ground transportation to and from the airport for parties up to 4 can be arranged in advance from Nov-May at additional cost. This will save you a very expensive taxi ride. Transport is provided by, 'My Parents', who live in the next complex over. They can also point you in the direction of all the best places to see if wanted and take you on one trip to the grocery store. New pictures coming Nov 2007. Completion date is April 2008. Available June 2008 for year round rental.
