A beautiful wooded setting, gas fireplace and open floor plan give you the true essence of what a peaceful Pocono lifestyle is all about. Camelback and Jack Frost resort areas are just minutes away for all of your skiing fantasies. Our main living area opens up to the Emerald Lakes wildlife preserve. Greet each new day with the deer and beavers and watch mother nature at her finest. Our 1800 Sq. Ft. home features granite counter tops, downdraft stove, Refrigerator, Satellite TV/DVD Player, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, Full range of kitchen utensils, Washer and Dryer, Ceiling fans and Phone. Just 15 minutes from the Tannersville Outlet Mall - our house is sure to please everyone in the family. Our community features (2) pools, (5) lakes, Basketball / Tennis Courts, and a Community center with restaurant and clubhouse. We look forward to sharing our special getaway with you.

The home is conveniently central to all Pocono Mountain resort area attractions. These include Camelback Ski Mountain, Camelbeach Play Park, The Crossings Outlet Center, Pocono Raceway(NASCAR), Tobyhanna State Park, Memorytown, Strasburg Railroad, and the Pocono Brewing Company. A short drive will take you to either Lake Wallenpaupak for motorboat rentals, water skiing, tubing, jet ski rentals, sailing, and fishing or to Jack Frost/Big Boulder for skiing, and Jim Thorpe for the areas best in white water rafting or the quaint historical village for antiquing. Other activities include: horseback riding, Golf, Wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, petting zoo, canoeing, kayaking, snowmobiling and much more.

  • There is one bathroom on the main level and one on the lower level. The bathtub on the main level is very deep and has jets for a relaxing spa experience. Guests are required to bring their own towels, soap and toiletries. Female products should be disposed of in the trash and not put in the toilet as they fowl the septic system.

Notes: This is our home. We request that there be no food left out and all trash is taken with you when you leave. All Furniture is in good condition and we would request that food be confined to the dining / kitchen area. While there is a cleaning fee - any damage to the home will be the responsibility of the renter. Thank you again for your interest.

Emerald Lakes Chalet Details

Payments / Deposits: All Payments will be due 10 days prior to occupancy. A security deposit of $350.00 will be required in addition to the rental payment. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 business days. If there are any problems or issues with the property you will be contacted concerning any proposed deductions from your security deposit. Security Deposits and Payment can be made via Cashiers Check, U.S. Postal Money order or Personal Check (ALL PERSONAL CHECKS WILL HAVE TO CLEAR PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY). Refunds will be made via company check to the person on the rental agreement.

Age: Due to certain legal issues we are sorry but can not rent to any individual under the age of 25 at this time. We appreciate your interest and time. Thank you.

Discount for Veterans: We offer a 10% Discount for all Veterans (Active duty, Reserve, or Retired). This discount also applies to Police Officers and Fire Department Personnel.

Ski: There are several ski areas in the vicinity. Jack Frost and Camelback are the closest to this property. Camelback has excellent family tubing experiences as well as open runs.
