York Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rental weeks begin and end on Saturday.
- The rate for the weeks that include Memorial Day and Labor Day (May 26-June 2 and September 1-September 8) is $2,000, with the same Mid-Season fees listed above. The per/night rate for those two weeks is $300, with a minimum 2-night stay.
The deposit for the first two weeks in June (June 2-June 16) is subject to change. - Summer '12 is booking: here's some feedback from a happy renter!
'We enjoyed our stay very much in your lovely home. We had the best weather we could have hoped for and loved the location of the house. We have rented many times in York and liked this location the best...except for the 5 pounds I put on from being so close to Brown's Ice Cream. The house was very comfortable and clean and we all fought over who got the outdoor shower first.' Laurie C.
'Your home is beautiful and very spacious for our expanding family. We very much enjoyed the nights on the roofdeck; the convenient location of both Long and Short Sands Beach were wonderful for quick trips to the beach and back for napping' (Shannon J.).

- The house offers 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a full bath; the first floor living room has another full bath, 2 queen sofa-sleepers and a futon.The bedrooms have beds, comfortable mattresses, fresh pillows and clean linens (optional). The bedrooms all have closet space and alarm clocks. There is an air conditioning unit on the second floor to keep the bedrooms comfortable.
