York Beach House Summary
Bring your family for a perfect beach vacation of sand and sun in a welcoming house with a completely new interior, stocked with everything you need. Enjoy a six-minute walk to Long or Short Sands beaches, and a great playground. Beach gear is provided, even a brand-new 'beach stroller.' The house offers three bedrooms on the second floor (1 queen, 1 double/twin bunk, 1 twin/pop-up to king) and a full bath; the first floor living room has another full bath, two new Jordan's Q. sofa-sleepers and a futon. The kitchen is updated with new appliances. The dining table easily seats 10 and the kitchen island seats 4 more. There is an air conditioning unit in the dining room to keep the upstairs comfortable. Put the kids to bed and enjoy the starry nights from the roof deck, or play some foosball, a card game, or watch a movie down in the living room (with a mini-fridge there for cold drinks!). The kids will love the Step Two playhouse in the back yard, the toys, puzzles and games. Enjoy!

'We enjoyed our stay very much in your lovely home. We had the best weather we could have hoped for and loved the location of the house. We have rented many times in York and liked this location the best...except for the 5 pounds I put on from being so close to Brown's Ice Cream. The house was very comfortable and clean and we all fought over who got the outdoor shower first.' Laurie C.

Enjoy relaxing in front of the TV (cable included) in the spacious living room, or play cards or board games with your family. You don't have to go upstairs for a cold drink: grab one from the mini-fridge! There is a large laundry room on the first floor where you can get your washing done in brand-new (incredibly quick!) washer/dryer; new outdoor shower for hosing down after a long beach day. Attached shed holds all of the beach gear, including the 'beach stroller,' and you will find extra toys in the convenient first floor closet. Roof-deck has been completely rebuilt with wonderful night lighting to offer the most space and comfort for our guests -- consider it an extra room in the summer. Private road offers an easy nine minute walk to beautiful Nubble lighthouse.
