Villa Del Mar C 105, also known as Casa Kokai, is a luxury, 1600 sq. ft., two bedroom beachfront condo in Puerto Aventuras. It is the most popular two bedroom condo in all of Puerto Aventuras because it is directly on the best beach in PA, it is adjacent to the largest pool, and it is in the most prestigious and beautiful condo complex. It is also just a three minute walk (or less) from the marina and all the restaurants and attractions in PA including the dolphin encounter and the golf course. VDM C 105 consistently receives five star ratings on the tripadvisors website. It fronts on the widest part of the best beach in PA. The powder white sand beach is perfect for sunning or swimming, and there is a magnificent coral reef for snorkeling just a couple hundred feet off shore. When you sit in the private jacuzzi on the terrace, there is nothing to block your view of the Caribbean but sand and palms. You will love Casa Kokai.

Puerto Aventuras is located in the middle of the Riviera Maya, about 15 miles south of Playa Del Carmen. It is a gated golf, marina and beach resort community. PA has the only marina between Cancun and Belize and provides shelter for dive boats, fishing charters, paragliding and booze cruisers. There are 12 or more dolphins in Dolphin Discovery located in the marina area, and there are also manatees, sea lions parrots and iguanas. Cancun is one hour north, and Tulum is 40 minutes south. Xcaret eco-park is just 10 minutes north.

Puerto Aventuras Condo Details

Guest Book: Go to Tripadvisors for unbiased reviews of VDM C 105 or my other condo VDM C 205. Write me if you have trouble finding them. So far I have had nothing but five star reviews. I have been renting my condos since 1998 and that is longer than almost all of the other condos in Villa Del Mar.
