Maximum 150 Guests.
Coxsackie Transport will transport your guests by bus or shuttle from NY City or anywhere in NY State to and from our place and to local lodging. Enjoy the day without driving. Let them be the designated driver.

Barbecue on the gas grill. We are located 2 1/2 hours north of NY City bordering Sunny Hill Golf Course, one of 9 golf courses in the area. Just 16 miles from Ski Windham with ice skating, snow tubing, snow boarding & skiing. Hunter Mountain is 28 miles away. Rent an ATV or Snowmobile. Enjoy the Zoom Flume water park, fishing & boating, dinner cruises on the Hudson, tubing in Woodstock, horseback riding, paint ball, Howes Caverns, historic sites, cultural music & art festivals, farmers markets, antiquing, drive-in theaters, county fairs, bird watching, fall foliage, parks & wildlife viewing, fine dining, massage & spas, fencing & yoga, roller skating & bowling
Outdoor Events & Weddings Reasonable Rates: Outdoor Events & Weddings on 110 acres. Use of 2 full kitchens + Prep Kitchen and Dining Room (for staff set up only), in 1840's Victorian former Bed & Breakfast. Use of Blue Stone Patio included. Enjoy a romantic Picnic in the peaceful meadows with scenic views of the Catskill Mountains (table & chairs) or go deep into the woods along Cedar Trail, relax and reflect at Meditation Rock ( a 400 million year old formation) on the park benches by the old well, continue on to Pine Woods picnic area complete with tables & chairs. Pack a lunch or have our local restaurants pack it for you. (2 coolers & picnic basket supplied) We set up & clean up the site for you and bring in all supplies on our John Deere Gator (extra fee), options include bringing our guests in & out or you may hike in & out.
