Beach and Ocean Access: Located directly on Ka`anapali Beach guests may enjoy superlative views and sunsets, whale watching in season, long romantic walks on the beach, and kayaking, snorkeling, swimming and scuba diving from the property.
Gym and Yoga Pavilion: A private indoor gym is provided with an array of exercise equipment, stereo, television/VCR, Gravitron Stairmaster, Weight Bench, Treadmill. Outside by the pool is a stunning yoga pavilion for stretching and meditating facing the ocean.
Villa Specific Disclosures: Guests are expected to use security system. Toot of the Sugar Cane Train may be audible if the villa is open and air conditioning is not running. Morning lawn care in nearby park and resort hotel construction Project nearby may be audible. Swimming Pool and many shallow ponds are are NOT FENCED OR COVERED and MAY BE A DANGER to unsupervised toddlers or any children without swimming ability. A lifeguard is not on duty at the house or on the beach.
