We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards A credit card must be available for all bookings. We need a $1400 security deposit fee that is refundable upon departure and is not put towards rent upon reservation. Total rent will be $1640 to include weekly rent, cleaning, and tax. 50% is due 30 days from rental date, balance is due 7 days from rental date.
