Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

All rates include: basic satellite TV service (like cable), local phone service and snow-plowing.
Rates do not include: long-distance phone charges, electricity charges (charged back on an as-used basis), or pellet stove fuel (like a wood-burning stove but more efficient; pellets available locally).
Security Deposit Required: $500 per month.
Small, well-behaved dogs welcome (1 per rental). Sorry, no cats - owner allergic.
