The balance must be received 45 days prior to arrival ( Check or money order are preferred but credit card payment can be arranged for the credit card service fee).
The $1000 security deposit is paid by credit card & refunded to your card in the week after departure assuming there are no damages or losses to WoodsEdge.
If canceling outside 60 days, all monies will be refunded.
If canceling inside 60 days, all monies will be refunded, minus the $400 deposit.
If canceling inside 30 days, then the $1000 security deposit will be refunded along with 50% of rental fee.
If canceling inside 15 days, then only the $1000 security deposit will be refunded unless we can rent to somebody else.
**Rental policies are in accordance with the Town of Canmore by-laws.
