Weekly Rentals- A $250 - $500. Refundable Deposit will reserve this home for you.
Monthly Rentals & Groups under 26 yrs of age have a $1000. Refundable Deposit.
Rental payment and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival (unless prior arrangements are made).
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or any funds paid will not be refunded.
All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Groups 26 yrs + $500/week.
Full rates are listed at our website.
Cleaning fee is $125 for 6 or less guests.
Cleaning fee is $150 for 7 - 10 guests.
Cleaning fee is $175 for more than 10 guests.
