SPECIAL 'DEALS' FOR 2012-1 - Free weekly house cleanings (which includes cleaning all sheets and changing bedding as well as a thorugh cleaning of the home), garden maintenance, and pool maintenance/cleaning provided for tenants staying periods longer than one week.
SPECIAL 'GETAWAY' RATE DEALS FOR 2012-2013
For LOW Season (May 15 - Nov. 16) For One to Four People an additional 15% off our low rates is offered. For Five to Eight People and additional 8% off our low rates is offered.
For HIGH Season (Nov. 16, 2012 - May 14, 2013 excluding Nov. 21 - 30, 2012 and Dec. 15, 2012 - Jan. 6, 2013) book one week and get one free additional day, book two weeks and get two free additional days, book three weeks and get three free additional days, book one month and get four free addditional days.

- All mattresses are quality, Sealy-brand mattresses. The Master Bedrooms One and Two have queen beds, w/air conditioning in each room. Each room's ceiling fans and ample window ventilation combined with the elevation and cooler mountain breezes generally makes air conditioning optional. The other bedrooms have two twin beds. One of the other bedrooms has a baby crib.
