Enjoy the howler monkeys in the surrounding mountains, or bird-watch on your walks to rivers and streams. Between Ojochal and Dominical are at least 6 amazing beaches, with caves, arches, surfing. Or just relax by the pool and enjoy a view of the Pacific Ocean, with the Osa Peninsula in the distance!
Ojochal is a small village well-known for its great international restaurants, half-way between Dominical and the Palmar Sur airport. Groceries, gas, gifts, yoga and health food in town.

Nearby are Marino Ballena National Park, Cano Island Reserve, Dominical surf events, several waterfalls, surf/dive schools, hiking, deep sea fishing, tilapia fishing, diving, horseback riding, ATV rentals, and a zip-line tour!
