• WAILEA POINT HAS A MINIMUM RENTAL PAYMENT POLICIY OF 30 NIGHTS & 2 WEEKS ADVANCE RESERVATION NOTICE.
• **Special Terms for Wailea Point Village: All rental terms are for a minimum of 30 nights. The primary guest who checks into the property must be the person who also checks out of the property at the end of the rental term. It will be necessary for the primary guest to present himself in person upon departure, to avoid being fined by the AOAO. All visitors must visit the AOAO office for a brief property orientation and to register upon arrival. It is acceptable to depart the property earlier than the rental term provides for, however there will be no early departure refund of rental fees paid. The property allows only one rental per 30 days. Last minute reservations must be executed and paid for a minimum of 16 days in advance of arrival, as the AOAO requires a minimum of 14 days advance notice for a reservation arrival.
• **Rates Do Not Include**:
  In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted.
