Indian Ridge Oaks Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100.00 to $140.00 per day. Call for best price
- Cleaning fee only applicable for stays of less than 6 nights. Pool heat is optional at $25.00 US/Day (4 day minimum required). All rates posted are plus 13% tax. A security deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve the requested dates. Full balance of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit is refundable after inspection from our management company, no later than 21 days after departure. The security deposit is forfeited if a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Check in time is 4:00 PM, check-out Time is 10:00 AM. Sorry NO PETS ALLOWED.
