Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservation deposit of 25% due at time of booking, with remainder and $250 damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of scheduled arrival, no refund will be given unless a replacement reservation is secured. If cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to arrival, reservation deposit fee will be retained. Damage deposit will be returned 14 days after departure, subject to retention for damage or replacement. Rental Agreement will be sent once reservation is made. Last minute reservations accepted on a space available basis. Cleaning fee of $75 plus 8.6% sales tax will be added to rental amounts.
- Summer 2013 Rates: June 1, 2013 thru September 30, 2013 - 3-night minimum; $275-night; $1,795 per week; plus sales tax and cleaning fee.
Fall 2013 and Winter & Spring 2014 Rates: October 1, 2013 thru May 21, 2014 - 3-night minimum; $225-night; $1,495 per week; plus sales tax and cleaning fee.
