Loiza Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Additional unit (next door) available for rental if needed.
- Additional $75 utilities fee per week for weekly rentals.
To reserve, a deposit equivalent to 33% of the weekly rate or two evenings for daily rentals is required. The deposit is fully refundable minus a $25 processing fee if the reservation is canceled at least 45 days in advance. The reservation deposit includes a $175 security deposit, to be refunded upon departure and satisfactory inspection of the unit. - Additional cleaning services available upon request.
