Singleton Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- RENTAL RATES: $2595 to $3995/per week plus 11% Taxes (depending on season, vacation weeks may vary).
- #1 - Rates $2,595 to $3,995 per week plus taxes.(THE Property rents Saturday to Saturday (EXCEPT Aug. 7, 2011 thru Dec. 2011 it rents Sunday to Sunday).
#2 - Taxes: state and local taxes of 11% must be added to rental fee.
#3 - 50% of total rental fee is due within 7 days of booking to secure reservation by certified check or money order.
#4 - Balance of total fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.
#5 - Security Deposit required - $1,500 is due with final payment (refundable).
#6 - Rentals are Sunday to Sunday.
#7 - No pets allowed.
