(3) A queen master suite overlooking a beautiful woods. Plus, three more spacious guest suites! Six private bathrooms! Wide split staircase and an elevator for all four floors. Three entertainment areas: (1) An open grand room: living room, fireplace, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and dining area overlooking the ocean. (2) An open great room: family room, fireplace, butler’s serving area, dining area, terrace with swimming pool overlooking the ocean. (3) A large game room with a ping pong table and a 3-hole putting green on the lower level. Oh, Yes, and the outdoor decks!
First floor: Great Room with 10 foot ceilings, travertine floors, gas fireplace, Entertainment Center (stereo, 42 ½-inch flat screen TV with DVD), large dining area, butler’s kitchenette featuring granite counters and bar, large icemaker, small fridge A queen master suite with a 24-inch flat screen TV VHS/DVD. Two “Nantucket-Style' Twin-Bed Suites with 14 ½-inch TV DVD. Two private bathrooms! A sunny veranda featuring a heated swimming pool/spa/waterfall. Relaxing chaise lounges, gas grill, and a delightful covered outdoor dining area for 6 with ceiling fan and…the fabulous ocean views and sea breezes! Main floor: Grand room with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, Entertainment Center (30 ½-inch HD-TV with DVD). Large sumptuous dining area for eight 8+ and a bar area with 4-comfortable bar stools. Main floor (cont.): Walk-in pantry and a big laundry room featuring a large capacity Maytag washer and dryer. A queen master suite with a queen bed, 24-inch flat screen TV and VHS/DVD. Nantucket-Style bedroom with twin beds and a 14 ½-inch TV with DVD and a front balcony overlooking woods. Off of the Grand Room is a covered balcony with Rattan table, four dining chairs and ceiling fan; and…the fabulous ocean views and sea breezes! Top floor: A presidential suite with a king-sized bed, sitting area with sofa and chair, 27=inch TV with DVD/VHS, ceiling fan and balcony. The Presidential Bathroom has a large walk-in shower featuring a “Rain Shower-Head,” 3-Body Jets, hand-held shower spray, temperature controls. Relaxing whirlpool tub. His and her Vanities.
