Property Details: Located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, this is a direct oceanfront condo with 2,453 square feet. It was voted as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. Our unit was first rented in June 2007. This three-bedroom, three-bath condo has top-of-the-line amenities and we have personally picked out every item in the unit. Master bedroom has oceanfront view and the other two bedrooms have views of the Halifax River. You can enjoy the two outdoor pools and Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and on rainy days enjoy the indoor pool and Jacuzzi with your provided beach towels. Also relax on the white sandy beaches with plenty to do including golf cart, ATV, and bicycle rentals to ride on the beach. St. Maarten has 400 feet of beach front!

Amenities: We have High Speed Internet available. Our condo has a laundry room with washer and dryer and a kitchen pantry. There are $40,000 worth of upgrades including an upgraded heating and air unit with a dehumidifier, under-counter lights in kitchen and each of the three bathrooms that lights your way at night, upgraded lighting throughout the unit, granite countertops kitchen and in bathrooms, and upgraded appliances in kitchen and fully stocked. St. Maarten is located 15 minutes from Daytona International Airport and 60 minutes from Orlando.
