They must be over 2 years of age, not more than apx. 20 lbs and they must have there own sleeping pads or beds. $45 cleaning deposit for pets. - Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days: If you must cancel 30 days or more before arrival I will refund the initial 1 night charge less a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days: If you must cancel less than 30 days before arrival and the days you book get re-booked then I will refund the 1 night less a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days: If you must cancel less than 30 days before arrival and the days you book DO NOT get re-booked there is no refund.
