- A deposit of 25% is requested to hold a reservation, this payment can be done trough Western Union or Money Gram. this payment won't be refunded if you cancel .
An additional deposit of $ 200.00 is requested as a damage deposit, and will be fully refunded if no damage is done to property or its contents, no linens, towels, or household are missing, or if not smoking in property (Smoke is permitted outdoors).
No credit will be given for shortened stays or early departure.
The balance of the rental is due 2 weeks prior to check-in. ** Check-in at 4:00 p.m/ check-out at 12:00 noon. ***
Fees: $ 50 for 1 week rental that will include 1 cleaning and $ 100 for 1 month rental that will include 4 cleanings. Additional cleanings $ 25.00 USd. - All rates are subject to change without notice.

The closest mini markets are; Manglar Super Market (across the street) and Russo's Market (Km. 13.5), Some of the many restaurants between 5 miles are; Hacienda Sisal (Km. 14.5), Capitan's Cove (Km. 16.5) Careyes (Km.16) Arrecifes (Km. 20) . Other places to visit between 5 miles are; Aqua World, Aqua Fun, El Manglar, Wet & Wild waterpark and Marina del Rey. Tours to surrounding places of interest like Chichen Itza, Xel-Xa, Xcaret, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, etc. are offered at the tour desks by the hotel lobby and by the pool area.
