The balance of the rental is due 6 weeks prior to check-in. ** Check-in at 4:00 p.m/ check-out at 12:00 noon. ***
All incusive ( all your meals and unlimited drinks) is $ 45 + taxes, the price is p/day, p/ person. This plan is OPTIONAL.There are 3 restaurants ocean view and 3 bars. There is a bar by the pool where you can enjoy of a good drink. - There is a fee of $ 50 dollars for week, the apartment would be cleaned twice a week. If there are only 2 persosn staying, the weekly fee would be of $25 dollars but the apartment would be cleaned only once a week. Depending on the season, prices might be negociable, very often our guests make us an offer. We have try to give a very low price without sacrificing our great service

- Our unit has a full bathroom it does not have a bathtub, only shower. Also, for your convenience, there are outdoor showers and several bathrooms through the hotel. Outdoor showers are convenient to remove sand from your body. The showers are located just by the stairs that lead to the beach.
