A $300.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged.

ALL FUNDS ARE TO BE PAID 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
$100.00 cancellation fee will be charged at all times.
60 days or more prior to arrival -- All money (except cancellation fee) will be refunded.
31 to 59 days prior to arrival - 1/2 money refunded.
30 days or less -- All money forfeited.
