Brand New Beautiful 2Br 2 1/2 BA--1750 square foot condo on the 29th floor. This amazing condo overlooks the World Famous Las Vegas Strip. The condo is designed in an Art Deco Fashion with Contemporary Leather Furniture including 2 Queen size sofa sleepers, one in the Living Room and one in the Den/Sitting Room, 6 dining room chairs with round glass table and bar stools. There is a 50 inch plasma in the Living Room The kitchen comes fully equipped with G.E. Monogram appliances. The Master Bedroom has a 46 inch plasma, his and hers closets and electric black out shades. The Master Bath has a beautiful glass and marble shower with separate tub and duel sinks. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds, a 32 inch LCD and its own separate bath with full size shower and separate tub. The whole condo has remote control sheer blinds.

A $150.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. No Rental Tax. Rentals run from 4PM, Check-in Time to 12PM, Check-out Time. Sat to Sat, if possible. We will accept other check-in/out times if available. All Rental fees and Security Deposits must be by Visa or MasterCard. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure (less on Demand Cable charges incurred, if any). This unit will not be booked until Security Deposit is received. Rental Contracts are required. This is a Non-smoking rental. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are Plus cleaning fee and Deposit. -
Prefer Saturday to Saturday---Check-in 4pm-Check-out 12pm. We will accept other check-in and check-out times if available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders (Only Visa or MasterCard accepted for overseas clients). Rental Contracts are Required and will be emailed after Deposits are received. Dates will not be booked until Deposit (and Rents if less than 60 days before occupancy) are Received.
