Deposit: To secure your reservation, a $700 deposit is needed. Final payment and tax are due 1 month before arrival.
Tax: Montana 7% bed tax is additional.
Three night minimum. Less than 1 week 15 % up charge!
Cancellations: Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 60 days will have their deposit at risk, refundable only for dates which are re-booked.
