Henderson Condo Details
The Great Room has a 42 inch Plasma with Boise surround sound and a DVD library selection of current and classic movies. There is a professional Poker Table in the Den with chips and cards for your enjoyment. This Villa offers two bedrooms, two Baths and a Den with a queen Platform Bed with 12' memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped Kitchen with Granite and Stainless Steel Appliances. There is also high speed wireless Internet. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King Bed with memory foam mattress, a 50 inch built-in TV with DVD player, a private Bath with Over-sized Jacuzzi Tub, His-and Hers sinks and three french doors that lead out to the private veranda. It also has a built in dresser.
The Guest Bedroom Suite has two extra long twins with memory foam mattress and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. There are four beds total, perfect for a foursome. The Living space is light and bright. The Covered Veranda has a large stainless steel BBQ and a wonderful Misting System for those warmer nights. This ground floor villa is all on one level and has an attached two car garage with automatic opener that leads directly into the laundry room of the villa. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use.
There are two Pools and a jacuzzi. Pool Towels are supplied for your use. When Inquiring, ask for 85 garden. This is a very popular villa, so book early. Enjoy!!!
Golf: Reflection Bay Golf Course: Designed by Jack Nicklaus, is a daily-fee course that is framed by the waters of Lake Las Vegas. Five Holes stretch along a one and a half mile shoreline. It is host to the Wendy's 3-Tour Challenge and was named the 'Top 10 You Can Play' list by Golf Magazine. The Falls Golf Course: Designed by Tom Weiskopf, it features elevation challenges with dramatic Views of the surrounding landscape and the skyline of Las Vegas. It was named 'Top 10 Best New Upscale Public Course in America' by Golf Digest.
