Perfect Location: Beautiful Gilbert, Arizona home is located off Val Vista 2 miles below 60. A fantastic location within a Lake Community at West Shore subdivision. Walk to the community park across the street an watch the kids have fun. Also you can relax watching the boats on lake nearby. A short drive North is the Val Vista upscale shops and restaurants. Shop at AJ's, which is Arizona's most exclusive gourmet supermarket for the serious gourmets and wine enthusiasts at heart. Alternatively you can shop at Safeways for the basics five blocks away. Centrally located in the East Valley of Phoenix is the perfect location to explore the rest of the nearby cities such as: Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Cave Creek.
Arts & Dinning: Go to the Art walks in Scottsdale on Thursday evenings or the Phoenix first and second Fridays. Try the local exciting cosmopolitan night-life with Arizona's best restaurants, night clubs and casinos. The family room has an entertainment system that includes a home theater system with Dolby digital 5.1 for your enjoyment of Hollywood movies or CDs or watch cable television after a long outing. We currently have a large sectional couch with for the entire family and friends.
Home’s Attributes:: Our West Shore home has a very positive, warm and inspiring feeling when you enter because it’s bright, airy and inviting. We hope that you will feel totally relax through out your stay. Perhaps the open floor plan is cozy and very inviting. I have personally remodeled this home with some of the best appointments of a newer luxury home because it’s in an excellent quiet safe location of Gilbert. The home has 2637 sq ft. with five bedrooms, plus game-room/office, three full bathrooms, formal living room/dinning room, eat-in kitchen area, two car garage with three additional car parking spaces on the driveway. The open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, large bright & airy family room and gourmet kitchen has new granite counter tops, stainless steel stove, dish washer, fixtures, deep sink, and track lightning. Master bath includes walk in closet, separate shower & tub with his/hers sinks. The other two bathrooms have been recently updated. New brush nickel remote control fans.
Golf: A fantastic location for baseball and golf lovers! Please look for the Golf and baseball guide with your stay or email me for advance reservations. Take a day trip to Sedona, Tucson, Prescott or Flagstaff. Visit the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley (Most impressive location) or go duty free shopping at Rocky Point or Nogales in Mexico just 3 hours away. Please bring some legal ID for crossing the border back in the US. No visas are required into Mexico.
