The main level invites you into a spacious living room with a fireplace for your relaxation and a 50” LCD TV / DVD player / Surround Sound system to watch your favorite movies. Step out to the patio with Adirondack chairs and a bistro table and enjoy the ocean view, or watch from the dining table. You will also find the second bedroom with a king size bed and hypo-allergenic mattress along with an attached bathroom on this floor. Additionally located on this level is a cook’s dream kitchen. Fully equipped with a professional grade six burner Viking range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking dishwasher, 12 bottle wine cooler, professional grade cookware, breakfast table and all surrounded by granite counter tops and decorative tile work. Everything you need to prepare those special meals at Sunsets on the Jetty.

On the third floor you’ll find yet another oversized family room with even more breathtaking views, a 50” LCD TV, DVD Player, fireplace, leather sofas, wet bar, mini fridge, shuffle board game table, library with complimentary books, a half bath and a patio welcoming you to sit and watch the waves.
