Villas Venado is a new condominium a short 150 metres walk to two of the most spectacular beaches in all of Costa Rica, Playa Junquilla to the north and Playa Venado to the south. Junquillal is a small Tico village with several restaurants, grocery and liquor store, sport fishing, horse back riding, and plenty of sight seeing right out your door. You'll enjoy a beautiful sunset from your veranda, or from the beach each evening. Sunset is early, around 5:30, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your favorite beverage as the sun sets, and still have time for one of the local dining establishments or prepare your meal in the modern kitchen at the condo. The 'catch of the day' will undoubtedly be one of your favorites, whether you caught it yourself or one of the local fisherman. Your day will start early, sunrise is around 6 :00, take a quiet walk on the beach looking for shells, or other sea life before you depart for your day excursion, or just relax at the pool. Come and visit Paradise!

Junquillal is a quiet village in Guanacaste Costa Rica on the Pacific Coast. Junquillal is on a dead end road, and is away from the typical tourist hustle and bustle. We are 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, which is the largest city in the area. Santa Cruz is a typical Costa Rican town. Most locals, and part-time residents do their weekly shopping there. Tours to the mountains, rain forests, rivers, parks, several other beaches, etc. are all able to be done on day trips from Junquillal. The area is known to be a surfers paradise!!

Notes: We have a 'no smoking ' policy in the condo. However, smoking is permitted outside. We do not provide electronics, audio or video. We suggest you bring your own entertainment if you plan on spending much time in the condo. There is a phone in the condo for local calls; bring an international calling card for your 'out of country' calls. An internet connection is available in the condo for your convenience, you will need to bring your own laptop. We do not supply pool/beach towels, please bring your own. Some of the local merchants do have towels for sale, however, they may or may not be in stock. We have an administrator on site that can arrange maid service, and help with your tours. Check out is 10 a.m. unless prior arrangements are made with our administrator.
