Cancun House Summary

Located in Puerto Juarez, Mexico, minutes from Downtown Cancun. Across the street is the beach with local restraunts and drinks. A playground is located on the beach for young children. 5 minutes to the Ferry for a beautiful ride to Isla Mujeres, a day trip. Our modern house will accomodate up to 10 people. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The kitchen is large and great for entertaining. The roof top has a dipping pool to enjoy after a hot day or enjoy it at night and see the stars.

Just walk across the street to the white sand beach and enjoy the beautiful colors of the water. There are small restraunts with local food and drinks to enjoy on the beach. If you are interested in fishing charters we can help you make arrangements. A 2007, 31' Grady White, center console (and bathroom) will take you out for the day. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is just minutes away for a fun day of shopping and more beaches. Downtown Cancun has shopping and many restraunts in all price ranges. The hotel Zone is a short drive to more shopping and restraunts. The house is centrally located to all activities. A twenty minute ride to and from the airport. A 30 minute dirve to Playa del Carmen for a day trip. Or just stay on the roof and enjoy the dipping pool and sun. The roof also has a bathroom and shower for convience.

Notes: There is an on site security person with his own outside, attached apartment. He is there for security, he will put the trash out if it is bagged and placed in the garage. If there is a problem with something in the house, he knows who to call and have it fixed. Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 9AM. This is a large house and it takes extra time to get it ready for the next check-in. We will be there at 9AM to start cleaning, if you need to stay for an extra hour or so until your transportation arrives we will ask that you stay on the main floor with your luggage so we can start cleaning the bedrooms, bathrooms and the laundry. Thank you.

LOVE TO FISH--FISHING CHARTERS AVAILABLE: If you are interested in fishing charters, David is a licensed captain and can arrange the trip for you. The boat is a 2007, 31' Grady White, center console, with bathroom. Tuna, Red snapper, Grouper, Wahoo, Dolphin(Maui Maui) are frequent catches. Take home your fresh catch and cook it for dinner. Beverages and sandwiches are provided for the trip. Please request further information if you are interested.
