- The building can be divided into three apartments on each floor, all with own bath and with own kitchen. The large kitchen seats 20, the theater-seminar room with open kitchen-bar, seats up to 100 persons for events. A wellness area with whirlpool and sauna and the surrounding garden and stream is accessible for all. The house features three normal kitchens all with dishwasher and one very large luxuriously equipped kitchen. There are 10 parking lots on the site. All bedrooms are minimally furnished to match the modern design. The building features central heating in partly hidden floor heating systems at the first floor, a steam sauna at the roof-apartment and carefully hidden technological upgrades. The Wireless Internet signal can be used in most areas in the house. Parts of the building is not child proof, since this is a registered landmark with very old windows and a very old restored staircase- security features as railing heights can therefore be slightly too low.
