- An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required within (5) days of booking the reservation. There is a security deposit of $500 that is fully refundable as long as the terms of the rental agreement are met. In addition to the security deposit, there is a cleaning fee of $100. The cleaning fee is refundable also, as long as the property is returned clean.
- Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Keys to the property can not be provided until proof of identification has been provided.
