This sunny ocean front community home is always ready for visitors who are looking for a clean and comfortable place to relax and enjoy water activities. Of primary interest is Champagne Pond, the oceanfront geothermically heated pond, where you can swim with giant sea turtles only about a block a way. Great ocean views and sounds to lull you to sleep, with close access to ocean walks and a beautiful area to walk or bicycle the roads. Accommodations include a 3 bedroom upstairs with 2 baths that sleeps 6 with all appliances and Dish TV. Washer and dryer and covered barbecue area as well. Snorkeling and water activity gear is also at your convenience.
