If you are looking for a great house quickly accessible to both Deer Valley(2 minutes) and Park City(5 minutes) ski mountains, you've found the right place! Our 4 bedroom town home is located in the Boulder Creek section of the Deer Valley ski resort area, 100 yards off Deer Valley Drive. You can walk or catch the free shuttle to either mountain. Deer Valley has free overnight ski storage. Enjoy upscale furnishings in western lodge decor. The 2 story ceiling and windows give you the open feel of the west, while leather sofas and comfortable chairs near the fireplace provide a lodge atmosphere. The wraparound rear deck has a very large hot tub (8-10 people), which over looks a beautiful wooded preserve. This area is private with a stunning view. The front balcony overlooks the valley and has a bistro table, chairs and is perfect for morning coffee or after dinner cigars. (No smoking in the house) Pet Friendly

    Cancellations that are made prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, providing we are able to re-rent our Town home for the time frame of your stay otherwise, cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, will forfeit all payments excepting damage deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Notes: Non-Smoking Policy: Our Townhome is designated as non-smoking; with the exception of the decks and balcony. Your deposit may be forfeited should your stay entertain any form of smoking inside. Pet Policy: We welcome quiet, well-behaved pets. To guarantee a pet-friendly stay, we must be notified of pets at time of booking. While your pet is in our home we expect you to supervise it at all times. Pets are not allowed in the hot-tub. Whenever a pet is out of the Townhome and on Deer Valley property, they must be on a leash and under control. Pets are not recommended during ski season. There is a $25 per night fee.

Bedrooms - 4 - Sleeps -9 We have 2 Master bedrooms; one with a King bed and the other a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen and a Twin and the Private loft has 2 Twins. There are no sleeper sofas, so the living room is always available for relaxing. No tiptoeing around to get coffee or breakfast in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal and large enough to accommodate 2 cooks, it has an attached bar w/ 4 bar stools. Adjacent is a large dining table with 8 chairs. Enjoy upscale furnishings in western lodge decor. The 2 story ceiling and windows give you the open feel of the west, while leather sofas and comfortable chairs near the fireplace provide a lodge atmosphere. The balcony overlooks the valley approach to the Deer Valley Resort.

A wraparound rear deck has a very large hot tub(8-10 people), which over looks a beautiful wooded preserve. This area is private and has a stunning view.
