Luxury Seattle 'Tree House' garden cottage is available due to last minute cancellation - $125/night plus $70 one-time cleaning fee and 9.5% WA sales tax. Quiet peaceful elegant get-away, yet close to Seattle's many attractions and wonderful restaurants. Special offer ends May 31, 2013.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Pet Fee of $30 per pet on acceptance plus Extra Pet Cleaning Fee of $25
