This unit was remodeled in the fall with new carpet, paint, window covering, couches etc.. The Terrace Condo has volume ceilings with the 'Great Room' effect with 1232 sq ft plus lanai, entrance and hallway storage room. The view is 'to die for'. We look west over 5 fairways and a lake. Great sunsets! Private, yet you can walk to upscale shopping and fine dining. Only a 5-8 min drive to the beach. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bath. Notes: This unit overlooks the 8th green of an 18 hole championship golf course. The course winds through a nature preserve and 10 lakes. It just reopened in Oct 2006 after new greens, bunkers and t-boxes were installed. it is a private course for members only. The community has 7 swimming pools, 4 tennis courts, hot tub and fitness room. All top quality. Its a very friendly community with scheduled activities. The view is awesome. You look west over five fairways and a lake. Not just the back of some one else's unit
