Las Vegas Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Depending on duration the rent is negotiable.
  • RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON LENGTH OF STAY!
    Rates are as follows: $600 for 4 nights.
    $950 for the full week.
    There is $30 key deposit which includes key, gate opener, key fob.
    $75 cleaning fee, $200 pet deposit fee and $200 fully refundable deposit
  • We have two units available. One is smoking and the other is non-smoking.
