Stay at our newly renovated condo only steps to the beach and 50 minutes from all the major attractions. If you don't want to stay in the middle of hectic Orlando but want the convenience of being near all, this condo is the perfect beach getaway. If is fully equipped with all essentials, full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, all linens and towels, beach chairs, flat screen TV with cable, private backyard, small complex, quiet. Bedroom offers Queen size bed and living room has queen pull out couch. Laundry on premises. Cocoa Beach is on the same peninsula as Cape Canaveral and also very close to Kennedy Space Center. Nearby the Cocoa Beach Recreational Center which houses an Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, Country Club, tennis and golf course. You'll find Cocoa Beach to be a very casual beach town where families and retirees are welcome.

Cocoa Beach is in close proximity to many attractions such as Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and MGM Studios, Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Cruise Lines. It is a 50 minute drive to Orlando and Orlando International Airport. It is recommended that you rent a car since everything is within driving distances. There is a trolley that travels up and down the island if you didn't want to drive. There is also bus service from Orlando International Airport to Cape Canaveral, which is the north end of Cocoa Beach, then bus/trolley service up and down Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area.
