MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Your vacation estate is designed with 4 bedrooms plus sleeping loft and 3 1/2 baths for a max. of 10 occupants. However, we do receive requests for 11 - 12 occupants and unless the 11th and 12th occupant is a child or infant, our preference is to maintain a comfort level for all & to limit occupancy. We are unable to accommodate more than 12 at this time.
WE ARE FAMILY & CHILD FRIENDLY & WELCOME corporate rentals (may incur special event contract/special event fees), skiers, long term renters, seasonal rentals, weddings, special events, celebrities. Our family never thought we could afford a vacation home/estate but at only $125 per person, per night for our vacation we couldn't pass it up! Lots of details would be an understatement: spectacular views, quick drive to Seven Springs and top of the line bed linens, furnishings & flat screen TV, not to mention a wonderful welcome basket of goodies. Layout of the home is very well designed and extremely large. We cannot say enough - must see, gorgeous in and out. This gorgeous house will make your vacation wonderful! Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, People with Disabilities, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway, and Sightseeing.
Other Activities: Seven Spring's estate is surrounded by Championship golf courses, swimming pools, tennis & white-water rafting!
