Flagler Beach Townhome Summary

Beautiful Ocean Front Townhouse. This has everything you could need for a week long vacation or a month's stay! Listen to the Ocean crash along the shore day and night. 1st Floor is a 2 car carport under the building. The Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry and 1/2 bath are on Floor 2. with two balconies, one facing east and one facing west. The Balcony off the living room is approx 20'x20' with teak furniture and a brand new gas grill. Watch the dolphins pass as you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony. On Floor 3, the Master bedroom faces east and the Guest bedroom faces west, each has its own balcony. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed that looks out over the Ocean. The guest room has a new twin over Full bunk(and a trundle) that sleeps 4 comfortably. Kitchen has all new appliances (DeLonghi, GE and Calphalon). This is a great place to escape to. Pool and Deck is 20 steps from the front door. Look at the pictures. Our family of four spends time here and we love it.

Our Townhome is in Flagler Beach, Florida...it is 20 minutes from Daytona, 1 hour from Jacksonville, and 90 minutes to Orlando. All situated along the Atlantic Ocean. Flagler Beach is a quiet throw back to yesteryear. No big hotels, no chain restaurants, no blocks and blocks of high rise condos. This is Florida as it was in the 1950's. Local owned restaurants, small churches, small hardware stores...charming. Marineland is 12 miles away. Disney World is 90 minutes. Fishing out the front door. Golf is 10 minutes away. Daytona Beach and the races are 20 minutes down the road.
