Estero Blvd). Renovated, refurnished, and ready to go. This lovely
detached home blends all the yesteryear charm of Florida with today's
sought after amenities. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths,
newly tiled floors, ceiling fans, central air and heat. Lanai & deck
lead down to private heated pool. Lower level has full kitchen 1 bedroom and 1 bath and can be rented with upper level. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom has a queen bed, guest room has 2 twin
beds and the living room sofa has a surprisingly comfortable pull-out
queen bed. Public boat/jet ski launch across the
street. Pool area has a dining table w/ 6 chairs and 4 lounge
chairs.
