No Rental Tax at this time will be charged. Rentals run from 4PM, Check-in Time to 12PM, Check-out Time. All Rental fees and Security Deposits must be by Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Check or Money Order. This unit will not be booked until Security Deposit is received. Rental Contracts are required and will be emailed to tenant upon receipt of Deposit. Rates are in US Dollars. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure. This is a non-smoking inside rental unit. Smoking is allowed on Balcony only. All rates are subject to change without notice.
