This is a cozy little condo right on the sand in Huntington Beach Ca. Surf City USA. Just a walk down the stairs and out the gate and your on the sand. Great for a surf vacation or just time away from the cold. Ocean views from the living room, King size bed, Murphy bed for the kids and even a sofa sleeper if needed. This is a very nicely kept unit as is the entire complex. Granite counter tops, tile floors. microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. all the comforts of home. Wireless Internet and cable television. Huge patio for gatherings. Only 25ft from the Club house which can be reserved for private parties or just to hang out and play some pool or other games. The entire complex is secure and patrolled by a private security officer on-site. Work out room and Laundry available in the complex. Just a short walk to downtown Huntington Beach for great dinners and night life. Movie Theater, coffee bars, great sunset dinning. Stop by Chamayos for the best Mango Martini. No Pets Allowed
