Key Largo House Summary

This property is the second house from the bay and has spectacular views from the second floor. It features a 90' concrete dock which is great for docking your boat or boats and jet skis. It is also great for just hanging out back and doing some fishing or sunbathing. The concrete davits are great for those meticulous fishermen who like to take their boat out of the water to clean it. There is also a fish station which is great for cleaning fish caught on your fishing trips. The large screened in patio allows you to have comfortable outdoor bar-b-ques at night, or to just hang outside. Upstairs features two bedroom with two queen size beds in each room with two full bathroom inside the rooms. A full kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher is a plus. There is also a washer and dryer. The dining room has seating for six and the family room is cozy and comfortable. Its a great getaway.

John Pennekamp State Park approximately five miles from property, features beaches, famous for snorkeling and scuba diving great attraction. Florida City about 20 minutes away features outlet mall with many great stores. Different festivals are held year round. Great July 4th Fireworks. Famous Tiki Bar about 25 minutes away down main highway in the keys US1, Theatre of the Sea and Swim with the Dolphins about 25 minute drive down the main highway in Islamorada, Famous Key West about a 2 hour drive from property.
