Folly Field Villa Summary
This completely renovated condo is on one of the top floors and overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you will experience some of the most breathtaking, panoramic views on the entire island. Our condo includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings and a flat screen television. Condo amenities are just steps away from our villa's door. One of the Resorts three pools is right downstairs, with a casual restaurant and convenience store right alongside. We even have a great heated indoor pool. The boardwalk to the beach is also just outside and has a beach cabana and a snack bar at the end of it -- right on the ocean! The golf course is right next door, and we have six lighted tennis courts on-site. Bike trails abound out front and lead all over the island. The grocery store, restaurants, and Sheltercove Marina are all less than one mile away

Most use Savannah (SAV), but Hilton Head (HXD) is at 5 Miles
We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resort's private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island. There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, as well as many golf courses and a miniature golf course!

There are 2 cabled TVs, including 7 HBO channels. Wireless Internet may also be available from the villa. It is free in the bldg 3 common area and at the Beach Cabana located at the end of the boardwalk (Coco's on the Beach). You can also get it from The Island Grill and Deli, located poolside. They also have computers with high speed Internet available to use for a fee. A restaurant on the Island offering free WiFi is The Atlanta Bread Company. There are 3 shared pools on Resort property, including an indoor heated one which is nice in case of rain. The hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness equipment, running track, and kiddie pool are in the same building as the indoor pool. Other shared amenities include 6 tennis courts, a racquetball court, grills. We accept credit cards via PayPal for a 3% processing fee. You will receive a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towel, soaps, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
