Deposit will be happily refunded if reservation is cancelled before 90 days of arrival.
Visa,M.Card,Discover, and American Express are accepted for payment. Also Bank Cashiers Checks and M.O.'s.
Rental amount & Fees are due no later than 10-days before arrival date, 30 days for m - Check In Time is 3:00 P.M. CST
Check Out Time is 11:00 A.M. CST.
1-Pet allowed: Only pets under 20-pounds will be allowed by the check-in office and must have owners approval.
Extra rent and deposit charges by owner may apply and the Office at check-in WILL charge you an extra $20.00 a month. Also, you must provide Office with up to date Shot records and showing the weight of the pet or they will NOT let you check it in. If such happens, owner does not return any fee's paid to him and tenant would need to find an alternative place for pet to stay.
