Playa Paraiso Villa Details
The house has a nice breeze due to its proximity to the ocean. We are 2 minute walk to the beach, around the tennis court, gazebo and fresh water lake with fish and some birds. You don't need to cross any road to get there, very safe. Beach Paraiso - Paradise Beach is an extension of Maroma beach which was voted as one of the nicest beaches in the world. Many activities for all ages! From sporty ones - zip lines, snorkeling, scubadiving, fishing, ATV's, jungle tours, tennis , golf to leisure ones - strolling on the 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen admiring local artisans, dancers and musicians that are almost always there. Great restaurants and night life - if you wish! The atmosphere is really catchy! All of that only 1 block fro m the ocean and 15 min from our house! Other towns include Puerto Morelos, Akumal etc. Don't miss Mayan pyramids in Tulum or Chitzen- Itza. Theme parks - Xcaret, Tres Rios or Xel-Ha- offer great activities in one spot.
We can arrange the sleeping setup either for up to 5 couples, each in a large private bedroom - 4 with king size bed and 1 with queen size. Or for family reunions, having parents, kids and grandparents; or friends going for vacation. Please ask! Every room has ceiling fan, its own AC unit with a digital remote control and timer. The layout of the house is very open and is very nicely combined with the outdoor space. The swimming pool is very large, Lshape, 42 ft for lap swimming and shallow area for the kids. Proffesionaly made tropical gardens make you feel you are in a private paradise! Playa Paraiso is in between 2 mega resorts, where you can use some of their facilities. Great Golfing- within 5 min there are 3 nicest golf courses on the Riviera Maya. Iberostar - designed by PB Dye, Mayan Palace - designed by Jack Nicklaus and Maya Coba .
