'The Lucky Duck' Beach Bum Cottage' Enjoy the best location on the Beach! It has over 17000 square feet of clean, raked, natural sand. The lake is “0” entry level on the property, there are no docks no rocks and its perfect for small children. The water is shallow and has a sandy bottom. Many people put their beach chairs in the lake on hot summer days, or watch their children play from the large 1200 square foot terrace lakeside.
Restaurants, local markets, and attractions are within a few blocks. The road on which 'The Lucky Duck' sits is a one-way, local traffic, kid friendly road. We require half payment due at reservation & the remainder due one month before arrival. Payments are not refundable unless we re-book your rental week, then your deposit will be refunded.

PS 2 smaller cottages are attached to the 'Lucky Duck' and available upon request and especially for a bigger family or friends coming to stay for the Summer. The rate for the smaller cottages are $1250 each (the names of the two smaller Luxury cottages are -- 'Lil Sand Castle' and 'Crabs Rest' )... See you soon Beach Bums.
