Quiet enjoyment. : This is a quiet Court with nice neighbors. We do not rent to people who want to party, drink and disturb others. This is a family place. Starting Jan 1, 2008 there is no alcoholic beverages allowed on any San Diego beaches or city parks. Also, starting Jan 1, 2008, tenants and owners can be fined up to $1000 for disturbing the peace.
There is a full bath/shower in the two bedroom. Cable/wireless Internet and phone line insures that you can keep in touch with work if necessary and there is Cable TV and DVD. The unit has it's own private patio with table and chairs and gas BBQ. There are beach cruiser adult bicycles for riding along the Mission Beach and Bay boardwalks, Pacific Beach, sea bird reserves or the neighboring scenic drive through Bird Rock and La Jolla. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Return home just in time to watch the sunset and then put some steaks or fresh fish on the BBQ and eat outside on your patio. No searching for parking at the beach as this unit comes with private garage parking and automatic garage door opener.
