The bedrooms are a sleeping sanctuary with new A/C units, fans, and furniture. The 3 kitchens offer sparkling new appliances, cabinetry and equipment. The 5 bathrooms have all new tile, toilets, and cabinetry. Upstairs bluff deck provides ample lounging space and expansive ocean views. The gazebo has a brand new thatched palm roof to give a true tropical feel. A brand new pool has been put in with ample bench seating to gaze at the swimmers and surfers in the adjacent ocean waters. A beautiful wooden bluff seating area has been completed to provide renters the opportunity to watch the breathtaking sunsets, surfers, or the migrating whales in winter.
- A $1000 security deposit will be charged and held during guest stay. We have a VERY STRICT no smoking policy. No smoking is allowed on the premises, otherwise the security deposit will be held. If no damage to the property, dwelling, or furnishings is incurred during guest stay the entire amount will be refunded within 10 days of departure.
