Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 Security Deposit Required at time of booking. Cash, Check, or Money Order

Cancellations and Refunds
A payment of 50% of the total rental is due within 7 days after the reservation is made. The full payment is due 45 days before arrival. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate equal to the amount we recover less a $150 handling fee. If we are not able to rent the unit following your cancellation, the money paid to date will be retained by the owner.
