Luquillo Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1400 per week. Longer Length of stays ane receive a significant discount
- The Rate is usually $200 per night. Discounts are offered for more than 1 week, and significant discounts are offered for monthly rentals.
7% will be added on to the rental to pay for state taxes.
There is a $50.00 cleaning fee additionally.
If you use a Credit Card there is a fee of 3.5% added onto the total
Paying with a Check or Money Order requires payment in full 1 month prior to rental dates. - There is a $200 Security & Damage Deposit that is fully refundable at the end of the rental. $20.00 parking permit fee that is good for the duration of the rental
